Tracken is the interactive module for which I designed the interface and co-developed the system, allowing users to track their orders in real time—from the moment they are confirmed to the final delivery. The idea behind this system is simple: to provide complete transparency and a much smoother experience for customers, without requiring them to contact anyone to know the status of their order. Means to contact the delivery driver are still provided if needed.

Tracken n’est pas juste un projet théorique, il a déjà été intégré dans quelques applications de livraison, notamment Goûts & Couleurs. Les retours ont montré que le suivi en temps réel réduit l’incertitude, augmente l’engagement et renforce la confiance dans le service.
