Alto was born from a simple, almost ordinary conversation with a friend. He was telling me about how hard it was for him to eat well at work: few options, no variety, and zero convenience. That day, I realized just how many of us were in the same situation — stuck between a lack of time and solutions that simply didn’t keep up.
The idea came to me fairly quickly, if I could find the right partners, I could create a service that makes professionals’ lives easier. A clear, reliable platform designed to provide companies with personalized meals, well-prepared and easy to manage. Technically feasible, logistically complex… but exciting.
It was that intuition, almost a spark, that laid Alto’s first foundation. A real need, a shared frustration, and the conviction that we could build something better.

Alto grew in a very organic way. Month after month, the idea evolved into a real service used daily. Around ten companies in Cotonou had integrated Alto into their routine, and the Android app surpassed 2,000 downloads.
